Birdeye is simple and effective. By the end of my onboarding call all of our online listings were synced and repaired, I had a review badge and scrolling reviews embedded in my wordpress website on both the homepage and testimonials page, we had imported and set up review request emails and texts for over 1500 existing clients, AND they were able to link up with my online appointment scheduling software to pull daily appointments for review requests. I am so excited about Birdeye! I feel like this is setting us up to collect feedback from all our clients and give us the social proof people want when making a decision about doing business with us.

Highly Recommend BirdEye Use Cases and Deployment Scope - BirdEye in our company is used through the whole company. We are a property management company and use it to get feedback from our tenants on apartment rentals and maintenance issues. It is very helpful in playing a role which lets us better understand our customers' needs. Pros - Customer Interaction -Helpful Feedback -Verified Reviews -Easy To Use Cons - I don't have any problems with it, I like it exactly how it is. Likelihood to Recommend - BirdEye is helpful for us because it gives us the kind of positive and negative feedback that we need to hear from our customers. The reviews we receive help our company understand what we are doing wrong or right and helps us improve where we need to. Users and Roles - BirdEye is used by our property management and maintenance teams. We get reviews from tenants on their living experience with us. Return on Investment - Overall, Birdeye has helped us increase our positive reviews throughout the company. Alternatives Considered - Have not used another system similar to BirdEye.

Over 300 5-Star Reviews in Two Years!! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Logistically, once a new parent/customer checks out for their child's doctor's appointment, the front desk team member explains that she will be emailing the parent a "BirdEye Review," and if the parent was happy with the service we provided, it would be wonderful if he/she could complete the review. Pros - BirdEye makes it easy for our patients/customers to review is by sending them an email. -BirdEye sends the administrator a copy of the newly posted review so I can copy and text it immediately to our team members so we can cheer on each other for our great review. -BirdEye makes it easy for our front desk team members to ask for and receive patient/customer reviews. Cons - If we do receive a bad review, I would like the ability to respond to that review (maybe there already is) so I can try to rectify, but at least address what we could have done better. Likelihood to Recommend - First of all, I did explain to my daughter's orthodontist how much BirdEye has helped us with the growth of our client base. The orthodontist did purchase it. Most importantly to us and our growth, our practice has been open for a little over 2 years and we have nearly 300 5-star reviews. Users and Roles - These team members are our front desk reception team members. They greet our patients, accept co-payments, ensure we have all the patient's correct information. They also check out the patient and reschedule any follow up patient visits. Return on Investment - We have been open for a little over 2 years. In those 2 years, we have more than 330 5-star reviews. -No pediatric practice in the area has more than 30 reviews. -We advertise at Baby Fairs as well as introduce ourselves at OB/GYN offices. Nothing can speak more highly of us than the amount and the positivity of these reviews. -We are the fastest growing practice I personally have ever heard of. Alternatives Considered - N.A.

Birdeye changed my online reputation! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Without BirdEye we rarely collected any reviews at all, even the reviews that were collected were mediocre at best. BirdEye was able to take my reviews that were in the dumps from a 2.5 star rating to a 4.9 star rating with over 200 collected reviews on Google! It was so easy to get started with BirdEye, the setup was minimal and now we a have a review faucet which brings in multiple reviews a week over all of the different review platforms! Pros - Easy setup. -BirdEye collects online reviews, it does what it should! -0 to Hero in weeks! Cons - Of course it could be less expensive! -Domestic tech support... Likelihood to Recommend - I don't see any service industry that shouldn't use BirdEye! Users and Roles - Marketing Return on Investment - BirdEye has taken us from a 2.5 rating to a 4.9! -Easy website to manage all of your online reviews! Alternatives Considered - Demandforce - Demandforce works ok but the reviews are left on the demandforce website not any of the major review sites. Other Software Used - Demandforce, iDentalSoft, CS PracticeWorks Software, VixWin Platinum, GoDaddy
