Went this morning on opening day and couldn't have had a better experience. Food was delicious and our server Chandra was the best! Nice to see customer service upheld to such great standards. Will definitely be going back!!!

Greeted. Coffee, water......15 minutes later. Order.....7 minutes later. Food served.......21 minutes later, It was not busy. However, there was only one waiter, cook and busboy. Regulars came in and were seated and constant coffee poured and checking to see if they wanted anything else. We asked for salsa and it arrived about 10 minutes after asking. Our final time here for sure. WayStation next time. So disappointed at this location.

The service was poor the waitress seemed like she was being put out did not receive my order complete and took forever to make it happen. The person I was with had a wad of hair in his onion ring just gross not exceptable!!

This has nothing to do with the food nor service... I had been coming here almost all my pregnancy & live literally just up the street. Excited for the future to have a meal with my partner & my baby. Seeing the family of bears in the front & the baby clothing in the entrance.. you would think it would be a family restaurant. Finally my baby is here & u guys don't have a changing station in the restroom??! I was really disappointed having to go to my car & change my babies diaper. Just some advice please get one!

The service was very good. Our Server was attentive, professional, and friendly. She checked up on us regularly. The food was mediocre at best. We had breakfast. I had a ham & Cheese omelette. The omelette was ok. Not bad, but not great. But the hash browns were dry and tasteless. The restaurant was clean and comfortable.

The food and the service was absolutely ridiculous for a $19.99 It's supposed to be all the fish you could eat and that fish was dry and overcooked and oily at first I was like OK I'll give it a try, but then the coleslaw had no flavor and to put half of my tartar sauce into my coleslaw. Shame on you. Shame on you and charging $4.79 for non-refillable lemonade. I know you guys business is slow but come never will I return

I went to eat there and their prime rib breakfast was extremely overpriced, and it wasn't very good food this time, compared to the last time that I went and had it. Also, they advertised that they had lowered their prices, but I haven't seen any lower prices. That is false advertising, in my opinion. I will not be foung there anymore. I'm very disappointed.

I went to breakfast with my wife, it was her birthday, we had a very bad experience, we arrived at 9:20 am, we ordered omelets and 40 minutes passed and they didn't serve us breakfast, we left the restaurant very angry and sad about the bad service offered by BLACK BEAR DINER.

Don't waste your time or Gas. it's no better than the Valencia Location. Went there last night. only difference is it's cleaner and newer. The food isn't any better. The A/C does work, not like Valencia. We ordered two Turkey Club Sandwichs. My We waited almost 30 minutes for two sandwiches. Really? The place only had 6 people in it. Plenty of staff walking around talking. My wife ordered a cup of chili as an add on for extra money. The sandwiches finally came, but no chili. We informed the Girl who bought the food.... read more
