We had 9 people our server was Anna. They put tables together for us. You received quality food and service. You get great food. this location used to be a coco's, it's been all remodeled and is clean. Will b back. Great food and lots of it.
The burger with avocado and the club sandwich were both good as one would expect. Service was very good! Beer in frosted mug was nice and cold. I would definitely go back.
Good food, large portions and a great value for your hard earned dollar. My only complaint - like all the other eateries in town the temperature in the restaurant is waaaay too cold Other than that, the service is amazing! The manager, Edgar, always checks in with us and is so focused on making us happy. Big shout out to Christian, as well! Both on top of their games!
Came in today with a group of friends. The food took quite a while, some of us waited over an hour, and they messed up my friend's gluten-free bread. Not sure why a club sandwich takes that long! That said, our server Chandra was absolutely fabulous, super attentive and kind and Macri the manager went out of her way to make things right. It seems like the kitchen is still working out some kinks, but the service made up for it. We'll be back!
My husband took us to eat dinner and my boys wanted to try it for the first time best customer service! Chelsea, our server, provided exceptional customer service. She was attentive, well-presented, and incredibly kind to my children. She even gave them stickers and made us feel welcome. She promptly brought us drinks, and the food was delicious. My kids had a wonderful experience with her. Definitely planning on coming back soon.

We had a fantastic experience today at Black Bear Cafe! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated right away. The restaurant is spotless and has a fresh, new feel to it. A big shoutout to our server, Chandra, who was so friendly, prompt and accommodating. The food came out quickly, and the portions were very generous--you definitely won't leave hungry! Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, which really made a difference. Great atmosphere, great service, great food. We'll definitely be back!
Brought the girls in today. Portions are huge. Service was top notch. Chandra helped make my little girl and wife feel special. They even sang Happy Birthday. Loved the sweet tea too
We finally tried the new Black Bear Diner in Sand Canyon (where Coco's used to be. The spot our family visited often), and we were so impressed! The food was absolutely wonderful, fresh, hearty, and delicious. The service was phenomenal, thanks to our amazing server, Chandra. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back, and we'll be asking for Chandra again. Great addition to the neighborhood! Glad you are open.
