The service at the Canyon Country Black Bear Diner location is stellar! Every server, greeter, cashier, hostess, and bus boy make a real effort to smile, say hello, check on you often, and serve really well. The food is good, hot, and very filling. If something is incorrect or missed (only 1 time), it is taken care of immediately! Specifically, Hannah, Daniella F., and Sidney stand out as AMAZING servers! As I'm writing this we're still waiting for our food. I've literally lost track of time but I'm guessing we've been waiting for half an hour for a pretty simple order. Been here twice so far and while I like the food, it takes too long to get it.

The food and service is absolutely incredible here! My family and I were starving after the kiddos soccer games, and we decided on the new Black Bear Diner. We were promptly sat and were greeted with warm smiles from the workers. We even met the manager, Gladys, who was so warm and pleasant! The portions were so big!!! Definitely will be coming back!! If I could leave more than five stars I would!

Went in last night to get dinner, my server Taylor was so kind and helpful. The food was huge portions so we were able to bring home part of our meals. The decor was so cute and cozy. The girl running our food Kelly was so sweet as well. So glad to have a nice family friendly restaurant in our neighborhood!

.we had a very nice waitress Maria came back to table several times to make sure everything was good or if we needed anything. I had chicken strips with buffalo sauce. Chicken was tender and sweet potatoes fries were delicious.only thing missing was no diet coke just diet Pepsi. Would definitely try them again.

amazing Customer Service from Evan, Kevin, Taylor. Great food definitely worth the money spent. Smiles on their face and the customer service they provided was amazing. It was refreshing to walk into a restaurant and receive an amazing customer service and a warm welcome from the crew, . Thank you very much for the great service and welcome to our neighborhood. Will definitely dine here again and will refer our friends and family.

My recent dining experience was truly exceptional. The food was exactly what I expected. I love comfort food and Black Bear hit the mark. However, a huge part of such a great dining experience was our server, Cesar. From the moment we were seated, Cesar demonstrated an incredible level of attentiveness and professionalism that truly set him apart. Had the fish and chips and it was really good. The service was on another level. I went to the new location in Canyon Country on Sand Canyon and Maria took care of me, super friendly, and making sure I had everything | needed with no wait. Thank you for the great service, I'll be going back again shortly soon!
