Came in last week and had great experience with Alex and Shandra. The manager Joseph is friendly too. I was hesitate to write this review but hopefully it will help for the better. Your night service is rude. The waitress talks to everyone with an attitude. Food was good so, we'll probably come back in the morning when the service is better. I would have given this 2 stars if it wasn't for our 1st good experience.
My wife and I came in this morning. Chasandra helped us with a smile. Refreshing to get such attentive service back in town. We love our little community, will be back again for breakfast
This resturant is only 3 months old and we were so glad we stopped by before our long trek back to Az. The food was amazing and so was the services. Our waitress was very attentive. After we paid at the cash register there was 2 glasses of water with ice to go for our long drive, so thoughtful. Lots of choices on their menu. We will definitely be back.
My family and I were excited to see another sit down spot finally open near our home and it's safe to say we'll be returning customers! We were apprehensive at first because of the experience we have had over at the Valencia location, but the Canyon Country Black Bear Diner did not disappoint! The menu is pretty standard in terms of what you would at a regular diner style restaurant so all the breakfast staples are there, along with some great choices for lunch and dinner. Amazing menu with an incredibly eager staff. There's good layered upon more good. Fair prices and staff that's got the permanent smile. So grateful they've opened a new Bar Pit!
Black Bear Diner is finally open in Santa Clarita. Generous portions and great service.
I live down the street and been waiting for this Black Bear Diner to open, finally it opened on Tuesday this week. Delicious food and huge portion. Love!
The food is very good and large servings. The service is accommodating and very polite. Coming back soon
We were excited to go in and support a new business , but unfortunately the service was below par. We had a server named Marci and you would think she would be a bit more cordial. That wasn't the case. We hope to return and have a more pleasant experience.
