Brought the girls in today. Portions are huge. Service was top notch. Chandra helped make my little girl and wife feel special. They even sang Happy Birthday. Loved the sweet tea too
We finally tried the new Black Bear Diner in Sand Canyon (where Coco's used to be. The spot our family visited often), and we were so impressed! The food was absolutely wonderful, fresh, hearty, and delicious. The service was phenomenal, thanks to our amazing server, Chandra. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back, and we'll be asking for Chandra again. Great addition to the neighborhood! Glad you are open.
I've been to the black bear diner plenty of times at their other locations. This is the first time I leave a review for this business. Food is always great, overall had a great time and enjoyed our food...

Just left. How hard is it to cook eggs and bacon. Sarah helped us, service okay. She seemed kind of lost but tried hard. Seems like they have waiter's doing too much besides helping customers. We'll give it one more shot since they just opened
Came in last week and had great experience with Alex and Shandra. The manager Joseph is friendly too. I was hesitate to write this review but hopefully it will help for the better. Your night service is rude. The waitress talks to everyone with an attitude. Food was good so, we'll probably come back in the morning when the service is better. I would have given this 2 stars if it wasn't for our 1st good experience.
My wife and I came in this morning. Chasandra helped us with a smile. Refreshing to get such attentive service back in town. We love our little community, will be back again for breakfast
This resturant is only 3 months old and we were so glad we stopped by before our long trek back to Az. The food was amazing and so was the services. Our waitress was very attentive. After we paid at the cash register there was 2 glasses of water with ice to go for our long drive, so thoughtful. Lots of choices on their menu. We will definitely be back.
My family and I were excited to see another sit down spot finally open near our home and it's safe to say we'll be returning customers! We were apprehensive at first because of the experience we have had over at the Valencia location, but the Canyon Country Black Bear Diner did not disappoint!
