The food tastes great, the servers are friendly and attentive, the menu has something for everybody, the prices are reasonable, and it's a clean, pleasant environment. It checks all my boxes for a good place to eat. I'll be back soon!
The new Black Bear diner is cute and very nostalgic!! Food was good and the service was excellent. Chandra went out of her way to make us feel welcome and taken care of! Also make my mom feel special on her birthday!!!
We used to come to Coco's at least twice a week. Happy to have somewhere to go again in town! We couldn't find a waiter but Chanie went out of her was to get us drinks and take our order. The food didn't come out perfect once our server brought it but again Chanie helped to make it right. Whatever your paying her isn't enough. The only reason we are giving 5 stars is because of her ability to make our not so great experience better. We'll try it out again
I found the food fresh and I was surprised given the first day of opening. The staff was so eager to please and very friendly. Music choice was quite nice. Up tempo. We will be back.
Went this morning on opening day and couldn't have had a better experience. Food was delicious and our server Chandra was the best! Nice to see customer service upheld to such great standards. Will definitely be going back!!!

This has nothing to do with the food nor service... I had been coming here almost all my pregnancy & live literally just up the street. Excited for the future to have a meal with my partner & my baby. Seeing the family of bears in the front & the baby clothing in the entrance.. you would think it would be a family restaurant. Finally my baby is here & u guys don't have a changing station in the restroom??! I was really disappointed having to go to my car & change my babies diaper. Just some advice please get one!

Overall not a great experience. It started off with the waitress not knowing that there was sugar in all the creamers she gave to me. I'm diabetic so I looked it up to make sure. The food was ok Valencia location was better even though I ordered the crazy Otto at both locations. The kicker was that the waitress was talking to the manager about working the Lancaster location because it was busier. The service was very good. Our Server was attentive, professional, and friendly. She checked up on us regularly. The food was mediocre at best. We had breakfast. I had a ham & Cheese omelette. The omelette was ok. Not bad, but not great. But the hash browns were dry and tasteless. The restaurant was clean and comfortable.

The food and the service was absolutely ridiculous for a $19.99 It's supposed to be all the fish you could eat and that fish was dry and overcooked and oily at first I was like OK I'll give it a try, but then the coleslaw had no flavor and to put half of my tartar sauce into my coleslaw. Shame on you. Shame on you and charging $4.79 for non-refillable lemonade. I know you guys business is slow but come never will I return
