Really bad experience...worst fettuccina I've ever had..4 small slices of chicken and alot of noodles ..ordered from online menu a brownie sundae and got ice cream sundae.. called to complain and they blame menu online being different than in store..15 million excuses and no remedy..asked for manager ..they cant give their 1st name and cant compensate me since they have no in store manager and refuse to give out his name or number.. Everything is AMAZING
I brought my son to eat breakfast, but I dont eat pork. The only other options were fried meats, expensive steak, or corn beef hash. The service was good, but I think that is extremely unfair and not inclusive, that there are no other options. You guys cater to vegetarians, but not Non pork eaters. I was forced to watch my son eat, while I drank orange juice for 30 min. I would like to return but I never will because of the limited food options.

Your Oakland location is horrible! You guys are constantly being hit by crime and all your employees know it and you put a little sign on the wall and say car safety tips or downing something. Have your employees TELL your customers to be careful!! Man it is ridiculous that it happens all the time and you know it and don’t do anything about it! Please do something for them! Made an online order around 1030am to be picked up at 12. This is because lunch is at 12. This order was for 7 people. It was not ready until 1230. This made everyone not have that much time to eat for lunch. If you order online and say pick up at 12 it should be done at 12. Why ask what time to pick up if it cant be done? Half the orders were done before other so some were cold. I am not happy
Horrible experience with take out on numerous occasions and today the waitress threw my food in the bag after it been sitting on the counter. Then I get home and half of my food is in the bag. The manager arguing with someone on the phone about door dash
Well let me start off by saying I went with my brother in law and 12 year old son on 4/20/2019 at 8:45 am. Ordered the hamburger salad. The meal came out with very fresh looking salad, but the hamburger meat was disgusting. I expected a cooked hamburger patty to be cut up on the bed of fresh salad. But no! What they served was in my opinion, discarded morsels of hamburger that is usually scrapped aside or discarded.98% was smaller than 1/8 inch, burnt to a crisp with grease. Totally uneatable. I would like to address a complaint. We had dinner at your Restaurant in Oakland, CA on Friday, April 5, 2019 on our way home from the Oakland airport, as many people do, I can image. Besides the wait time to order and get our food for three people seemed like forever and it wasn't even busy at 8:30pm. Anyway, while we were in your establishment, our truck was burglarized in your parking lot, and all of our luggage and carry on items were taken after breaking a back window.
