There was no host or hostess available. All customers had to sign in on their own. It took nearly 15 minutes before anyone aknowleged 20+ people in the lobby. The restaurant was very empty but short handed. When we did get seated, it took another 10 minutes to take our drink order and again a 10 minute wait for the drinks. When the food arrived it was cold! We eat here often and this experience as so bad we will likely never go back. Very disappointing!
The person seating people looked past me while I was waiting to be seated and asked the couple behind me how many in their party. When they realized I was there they asked if I had been helped and then suggested sitting at the counter. Someone dropped a menu off and then left. Yes, I ordered the Denver omelette with hash browns. The hash browns were horrible. They were burnt, crispy and not cook in the middle. I told the server and I don’t think she’s been trained on how to handle negative feedback from customers. The server thought I was angry with her for the food. I told her it was not her fault. I talked to the manager, but not sure if my feedback mattered. I paid the entire bill and left disatfied. Table 21/3 cashier 1. I will not done there again.
Waitress tried to overcharge me on bill. Handed me original receipt then same bill plus four dollars asking for a signature. When I disputed the additional charge she got defensive and said it wasn’t her fault that the computer mixes bills together. She was taking a while to amend the mistake and became very rude when I commented on how abnormal this all seemed. I never signed the receipt and told her I’d be contacting management. False advertising saying that you’re open til 11pm BAD BUSINESS

Hi Lola, Our hours of business are from 6 am to 9 pm everyday including weekends. Maybe there is another location with those ours but every location has different hours.
I often eat at your Sacramento location near the CDFA Offices on Gateway Oaks. We love this location, great service and good food. So seeing the Oakland location returning to the airport we stopped in. We were ignored at the start to get a table, took about 4 minutes to be seated and were not offered drinks. The table was dirty and the salt/pepper shakers were nearly empty and the chrome was mostly polished off the tops. A coffee pot was left on the empty table next to us and sat for most of our meal. I realize it was a rather busy day since it was a holiday, but there were some serious issues with food and service. While waiting to be seated, 2 other customers, from different tables, came over and complained about waiting over an hour for food. Our party of 4 didn't wait too long to be seated at a table with 2 setups. I ordered the McCann Steel Cut Oats, that is not what I got, The oats I received looked, had the consistency, and tasted like Quaker Instant Oats, I've had steel cut oats most every morning for the past ten (10) years, at least, and there is a big difference between regular oatmeal and steel cut oatmeal and I definitely know the difference. Also six (6) dollars for a twenty (20) ounce glass of watered down orange juice is a little steep.
Food and service was great my server was wonderful all the staff was on top of their game my waitress Susana was wonderful I will gladly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family
