Annie was our waitress and she was an absolute sweetheart. She met all our expectations. The food was great it came fast. I would recommend this place to friends or family.
Good quality product at a reasonable price. Staff is efficient and friendly. I've been to both breakfast and dinner shifts, both equally great meals. Maria in the morning , And Annie at night, they will make your meal right ! I was in the other night, right before closing, a big party came in, personally, I wouldn't go in with minutes before closing, but the whole crew took it in stride and made the group welcome . If you want a good meal at a fair price in Marin, you can't go wrong at Black Bear!

I love Black Bear! I'm so glad that i can come to BB, later at nite, in Marin and get some great food, being a limo driver, i can catch a warm good meal even just before 10PM ( nothing else seems open in Marin County) My Server Annie was WONDERFUL! she pointed out the " Hamburger steak" special with brown gravy and mash....so Luscious! i'm getting hungry right now...Annie is a pleasant and fun person and she got my food fast....the cook did a wonderful job too I so glad Black Bear is in Marin. Ruben our server was great very polite. Even though it was busy he seemed to find time for us. The food was also amazing. Great!
This was my 2nd time going to black bear and It was great. The place was clean, had great service and the food is delicious! Evelyn and Frankie were awesome and made sure we were taken care of while my family and I were there. We never had to ask for refills and the food was hot when it came to the table. Thank you both for such great service! We will be coming back!
