The waitress had to seat me. Wait on people paying their check. Ordered breakfast. Took forever. Toast was not toasted. Hot bread. I doubt that this business will last Very very disappointed

came in for thanksgiving dinner with out of town guest, had our starters and patiently waited for dinner, after about 15 mins waitress came and said sorry ran out of turkey. now shouldn't the cooks warn them they were running low? two of us had breakfast and our guest had meatloaf, which he said was gross and the vegetables were raw. will not be back the food was awful and won't take friends there anymore.

I did a online order to be picked up on 11/22/18 around 3:45 pm. I was at work so when I get off on Thursday to pick up my food I find out they are closing and they did not fulfill my online order. I did it almost 24 hours prior. I would not have minded it to be made and placed in the fridge. I only received a phone call at 335 on 11/22/18 that my order would not be fulfilled. first we ordered water with no ice and a squeeze of lemon, we got water with ice and no lemon. when we got our food my husbands waffle was burnt and the waiter forgot the whipped cream that went with the fruit, then we had to wait forever for our check. you need to train your servers so that they at least know the menu. it seemed that the waiter had more tables than he could handle and not very experienced.
Hello- We went to your Santa Maria Diner about 7:30 pm on 9/29/18. We were seated and given menus. A young bus server came over and got our drink order. We waited approx 10 minutes before our server came by. As she took our order I mentioned we had no silverware and she said she would take care of that. While I appreciate the birthday breakfast meal.....it was really bad. The bacon was so over cooked/burnt I didn't eat it. I asked for country potatoes with no bell pepper, it had the peppers. They forgot the potatoes I had finished the 2 eggs when they potatoes, upon eating they were under cooked and mostly raw could not eat them. They made no offer to redo them....pancakes were pretty dry... My spouse had the chicken club that the bread was fairly burnt.....just took bread off and eat the filling stuff, left the bread. My wife and I have eaten at the Black Bear Diner in Gilroy several times and we have eaten at the Santa Maria location a few times as well. We always found the service and food to be excellent. Santa Maria Location 11:30 9/25/2018 Today was the exception: I ordered the chicken pot pie with mixed vegetables. Vegetables: Broccoli and sliced Carrots, the sliced carrots were dry and rubbery and the broccoli was mushy and over cooked. I ate 2 slices of carrots and they had a freezer burned taste. My wife ordered salmon. When it came it did not look like salmon it was white and very small flakes. We asked the manager what it was he said it was white salmon. It did not taste like salmon it taste more like yellow tuna . I had chicken fried steak it was excellent . The atmosphere and the service was outstanding thank you Whatever the fish was it was very very dry and overcooked
