Axel is a great server! Recognized us on our second time in and remembered to wait to bring my coffee with breakfast and my husbands right away...then he remembered what we like to order! Super attentive and friendly.
How disappointing! This place is definitely skimping on some items. My husband's ice tea was so watered down it barely resembled tea. We ordered hot fudge sundaes for desert. It was just vanilla ice cream either Hershey syrup on it and whipped cream and a cherry. Absolutely nothing hot fudge about it. Everything else was ok. The waitress was good.
Went here yesterday. French Dip was Amazing and the server,Monica was even more Amazing! It was a wonderful experience. Went back this AM. Breakfast was "barely"eatable. Hash browns were petrified and cold. Eggs, some were done some parts not. I asked for gravy on the side n waiter smirked n rolled his eyes. Seriously, I saw him do it ! Guess what!?! This breakfast will keep you full for days! Lots of food and very delicious! I had the CA omlette, kids had chicken and waffles, BLT and kids chocolate chip waffles. Would highly recommend any of these meals! Portions are huge and pricing is great. We will be back soon!!!
Went here twice and ordered the chicken fried steak and fried chicken. Corn muffins were amazing. Nice casual diner like atmosphere.
It has been a decade since I have dined at a Black Bear and even longer since I have dined in this building as a Village Inn. My experience this trip was better than either. My California omelet was very good. I liked the choice of fruits in the fruit option. My English muffin was buttered while still warm in the kitchen. Exceptional service and very clean. Everyone was super friendly. Food was really good. Came out quick.
The wife and I went there mid day for a meal. I had breakfast and she had lunch. Loved the decor and service staff. Quite friendly and attentive. Food was very good and a wide selection of choices.
