Service: not crowded, but no one brought coffee/water for 15 minutes- sat waiting. Food oily. Just disappointed.

Very disappointed with the food quality. My wife got the all you can eat fish --- three different servings (only one piece per serving) , and all looked very unappetizing. Batter did not cover the fish, and although the taste was okay, my wife said it used to be much more flavorful. (The fish used to look so good that I was tempted to try it even though I haven't eaten fish for many years ). And I ordered the cheeseburger basket (their new $11 deal). The patty was the smallest, driest, and least flavorful of any burger I... read more

Poor service and food . Inadequate staffing . 2 small pieces of ham and overcooked eggs. Waffle not edible . Ambience fine but any breakfast spot would be better !

Service was terrible. Long wait to be seated, alot of empty tables. The waiter turned around and glanced at us and we still had to wait. She was moody and threw our straws . Very rude and condescending. Not the first time lady "C" was disrespectful .The time prior she went and got the Hispanic waitress to help us when we speak perfect English .Hate saying this but she wasn't treating the usual crowd as she treated my Hispanic family. Shame..

Only clowns could try to justify charging $5.00 for a side of toasted generic wonderbread or english muffin. How about a $20.00+ omelette? Pure greed with a large helping of comedy relief. Disgusting extortion for ordinary Denny's-grade food. In fact, it WAS a Denny's until the rebrand. Branding isn't enough to fool anyone. Maybe use a money-sucking remora for your mascot. smfh. p.s. See irrelevant generic automated apology response below.

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. First off waited almost 20 minutes to be seated and the place was empty. Ordered dessert and two coffees. The coffee came in dirty mugs with stuff floating around in them. The mug had film all over it. How could you serve coffee in dirty used mugs?? Completely unacceptable!! This is a lawsuit waiting to happen! And the dessert was old and stale wtf??? I will never step foot in a black bear diner again! I have notified the health department, places like this should be closed ... read more

We came in a little before 8:30 pm (supposedly they close at 9:00 pm) for a quick dessert but the waitress refused to serve us because "the kitchen was closed" she said. We would have been out in 15 minutes after getting a slice of pie (no need for any cooking from kitchen). I'm definitely not coming back!

Cute diner, got the egg white spinach chicken sausage scramble. The plate was filled with butter from them cooking it. So if you like a lot of butter, this is your place. Otherwise make sure you ask them for the life They could probably save a lot of money if they cut down on that butter. Oatmeal was good.

Won't be back. After our initial waitress, Cheryl who was great, went on break, we were practically ignored by all else. Food took a long time to come out, I heard a manager apologizing to another table about the wait time with some excuse. The service was awful. We had no cutlery to begin with, and when we asked a waitress she went off and never came back. Had to ask a waiter. Never got the side of ranch or au jus, so I went up to the counter to ask for it. Breakfast food seems decent enough, I ordered pot roast melt and it... read more
