I ordered food to go and the box the biscuits came in was covered in what looked to be dirt or lint or something, good thing I looked because I almost put the gravy on it other than that everything else looked fine.
I am trying to be nice, but at this point there is NOTHING and I mean NOTHING to say good about this place. This will be the 3rd and last time we ever go. They are ALWAYS understaffed - there is NEVER a manager on duty and the time it takes for you to get noticed and the drink order taken is about 20 minutes. First this little girl came to our table after we waved her down. I asked her if she could take our beverage order -she said "what" I said drink order can you take our order? I was in this morning and it seemed like the manager was really mad. I asked a server what his name was because the way he was acting made it seem like he just hates his job. My husband and I were sitting at the counter and Manager Omar was yelling at the cooks and banging his hand on the counter. That made us almost want to leave because we wanted to be in a nice environment.

This is the third time I've walked out after waiting over 15 minutes just to place a drink order for a party of four. I understand when restaurants are busy, but this seems like a staffing issue, one server handling all the front-of-house duties is unacceptable and that means tables, greeting, seating, charging them and running the food. The last two Saturdays, I arrived early (8-8:30 AM) and saw the same problem: one overwhelmed server, food sitting unserved, and tables waiting too long for drinks.
