Always find something in my food at any black bear that shouldn't be there. The service here in Washington was great however, seat a very large group quickly and keeping orders organized!
Food was plentiful but did not taste very good. Everything seemed like steam table bland food.

The manager "Nancy" was being very uncool when we were eating here. Also seeing how awfully she treated her workers while I was eating, makes me think that she shouldn't be the one in charge. Seeing this ruined my appetite and I will never go here again because of this. #GetridofNancy
Beware newest location in Washington! I ordered the Eggs Benedict. I was so excited. We have eaten so many times at the original St. George location! I LOVE their classic Eggs Benedict. My always get the California style with tomatoes, avocado and spinach! When we arrived the server was training someone. Their service is great and maybe their other food is but DO NOT order their taco salad! The refried beans taste like dirt and the 'salsa' is glorified tomato sauce - yuck! no sign of cilantro, cumin or chili powder
Ordered Ny strip medium rare. Was well done. Finally received another one, which was medium rare, but the quality of meat was terrible. We ended up taking it home to our dogs. Staff was very pleasant, but we never had our waters refilled and had to hunt them down to finally get our check. Won't be back for sure.
I'm handicapped difficulty walking. I'm the FIRST person in the doors 7 o clock and I'm made to walk to the Back of the restaurant!!! Unbelievable!!!!! Past 16 closer available tables! my server was nice! She even tried to make excuses for her coworker Keep in mind me and 1 other customer only in restaurant the entire time I'm there Food-okay

It's like a Perkins. Huge to seat lots of people. Food is okay. Service is okay. Decent if you are in a hurry.
I've loved eating at black bear, but the Washington Utah location leaves much to be to desired. My family has had issues with our orders coming out wrong, (I.e. rare steak when we ordered medium, tuna melt with little filling) our food has arrived to our table lukewarm or tasting old on multiple occasions. We will not be returning to this location, we'll just commit the extra thirty to forty five minutes to drive to a better location in St. George
