My breakfast was just so so potatoes were way too stiff but on the bright side the service from Jenny my server was excellent

Horrible service, not to mention my first time eating there they brought us the wrong food when I went to tell the waitress she said the lady who brought it out said we looked like we didn't care... well I did. When I went to pay they over charged me when I told the MANAGER she said if you don't specify the exact one they automatically give you the bigger one but I pointed at the smaller one! I will never eat at this restaurant again nor will I recommend it!
This location was the worst one I have ever been to! We had to wait forever for service & then to get our meals! Plus they wouldn't honor the kids eat free every Tuesday like the other locations do! I definitely WILL NOT BE BACK!! :(

I am so disappointed! We always go to Black Bear Diner on Tuesdays because they do free kids meals but the West Valley location doesn't honor it because they say they are a corporate location. WTF? The West Jordan and Sandy locations always do honor free kids night. I will never be come back to this location.

Truly the most appalling dining experience I've ever had. The waitress literally treated us like weren't worth her time. Up until last night we had always loved black bear. Last night the service was awful, the food was mediocre to say the least and the manager complained to me instead of making things truly right. We won't back, they've lost customers.
