Truly the most appalling dining experience I've ever had. The waitress literally treated us like weren't worth her time. Up until last night we had always loved black bear. Last night the service was awful, the food was mediocre to say the least and the manager complained to me instead of making things truly right. We won't back, they've lost customers.
Worst services and food ever, period! Put them out of business...
This place is terrible! BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE! I wish i can give this place a negative 0 rating. Thats how bad it was. We love black bear diner and we normally go to the one in Jordan Landing. this was our first visit at this location (west valley) and i cannot believe how crappy service we got today. Our server was a white male and very tall, forgot his name. Took forever to take our orders and the food took so long and he didnt ring in my food. I would be giving this a 5 star if the hostess wasn't rude. I went on a Busy Saturday morning with my dad and two kids. There was only 1 family before us. As we walked in she saw us and didn't acknowledge us. By then 2 other couples came in. They were immediately greeted and got them a table. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at black bear, they seated us very quickly but we waited for our waiter for more then 20 mins to even get us drinks. We then waited for another 30 mins to even get our food when we sat and watched it sit in the kitchen waiting for the waiter to even get it. The food was cold and nasty.. And then what restaurant runs out of food, They didn't have no cornbread muffins they asked if we wanted biscuits instead but never got them either. They also ran out of regular ranch and soup. I must say it was one of my worst experience at black bear dinner. I hate to say the one in Jordan Landing is much better with better service and food. I had to send my food back because it was cold and my ribs were a complete disaster. Our service just sucked we waited half hour for a salad and a yet another 45 minutes for our food. I don't think I will be returning to this location.
