had dinner of chicken wrap and coleslaw and so did DIL. Wrap had very little meat in it and coleslaw wasn't edible. seemed like pure vinegar on it! Never going there to waste $50 again.

Wow, this place is a hole. I've been here twice to get lunch while my car is being serviced at the local Honda dealer. I had eggs, French toast, bacon, coffee. How difficult is that? Both times, the grill is never cleaned because my food was coated in the burnt debris of everything else that had been grilled there for... how long? The taste was just terrible. One bite of French toast was enough. I also got coffee could not get the waitress to give me one refill, for $4.00? She just never got around to it. Get real. God... read more

The biscuits were the only saving grace. Poor service, brown toasty scrambled eggs, the rest was pasable. I could do better at home for less. The biscuits are insanely good though!

When we arrived we had to wait which was fine, we waited 30 mins and that also was fine but then we waited for our server and waited for our drinks and REALLY waited for our food.. when the server remembered we existed she said she keeps checking for our food and it shouldn't be long.. yet when our food came out finally it was cold. We had literally just received our food and she brought our bill... and then when we took a breath in between mouthfuls we were asked if we wanted a box! the food was good but being treated like ... read more

We have been fans of Black Bear Diner (in Las Vegas) for many years. However, haven't been to a location since covid for a breakfast. Was in Wilsonville for a wedding, decided to have breakfast down the street from our hotel. Service - poor Food - awful, greasy, flavorless, no salt It took almost 10 minutes to see a waiter (and the restaurant was definately not full). He was personable enough. Placed our order. Waited a long time to get served our food. Had to flag him down to request refills on our waters. Never got a refi... read more

The food, service, and ambiance were nice. The prices were a bit steep, though. From reading other reviews here, I get the feeling they have been better in the past and had a dynamic leader who recently passed away. I certainly didn't observe a good team dynamic where everyone was friendly, respectful, and helping each other. There was a problem with my bill at checkout my server couldn't fix, so my server had to call a couple of times for management to come help her. When help finally arrived, there were three people, which... read more

If I could give 0 stars this place would get that rating . I felt so uncomfortable dining here our waiter walked past our table multiple times and never asked how we were doing but was so attentive to everyone else around us. We were the only Hispanic family in the restaurant I don't know if that had anything do with it but it sure seemed like it. First time in Oregon first stop in Oregon and my excitement is already ruined due to this place and how uncomfortable they made me feel . Didn't catch the guys name but dude looks ... read more

I've been a Black Bear Diner fan for many years, but this was my first visit to the Wilsonville location... and the first time I've ever been disappointed. I had a long drive ahead of me and figured I'd take 1/2 for a later snack, so I ordered the Hobo omelette, expecting their usual generous portions. That wasn't what I got. Usually I'm stuffed by the time I eat half, but I finished the entire plate and still left hungry. Sure wasn't what I expected for a $20 meal (including about 20% tip). It was good, but there sure ... read more
