Absolutely can not stand places that automatically add an 18 percent gratuity. It doesn't matter the level of service that you receive they have already determined your tip. I will not come back. We have a party of 7 with two kids under two and they determined that we had a party of 8 or more. We tip well depending on service and understand that it us not the servers fault if the kitchen makes mistakes however I dislike being told that your tip is a certain amount before you ever receive any service.

Terrible customer service waited over an hour to seat. Was told 45 minutes food was definitely not worth the wait or price. Will never visit this place again.

Employees probably don't get paid enough, and get treated with no respects especially my Hispanics cooking in the back. The 2 waiter's were ok but the old white lady was completely rude and mistreating everyone. Loved the food hated the service!

Worst restaurant I have ever been to by far. Food is flavorless and disgusting. I was served the grossest plate of biscuits and gravy I have ever tried. Eggs and sausage were soaked in butter and were extremely foul. I took one bite of everything then immediately told the server how foul the food was. I was not offered a discount or a refund. Decided to try this place as we live in wilsonville and never have been, the parking lot is always full of people. Usually a good sign. We were having our car worked on across the street and walked over. We were seated and ordered our meals, husband ordered a tuna melt and I ordered the open hot face turkey sandwich.....After a couple bites of the mashed potatoes I was shocked that they were for some reason sweet. I went here with my family. I am a black woman. My husband is white. We were ignored for thirty minutes. I did not realize it because we were talking. There were five people who came in after us and got helped right away. Then there were people sitting behind us, they came in after we did. They got their food first. Very disappointed. We checked hours in advance of coming (on google and the company website). Got to the restaurant and hours posted on door were that they were open. Nope - door locked. At least post updates on your door

Horrible service! When we checked in they said it'll be a 45 min wait (we waited 5 of us) 4 people walk in and we're seated right away. I got up and said something because it made no sense why they were seated before us. We were seated with attitude and since then we were treated horrible. If you can't work with people then don't.
