We love the Bear. Have eaten in their restaurants in OR, CA, and AZ. Always good. Were a little slow on service at Wilsonville when we had a large party of 20+ people but courtesy and food made up for it. Had Valentine dinner in Yuma this year. They had run out of prime rib special so waiter offered us anything else on menu for the same special deal. TriTip was superb. Big portions, good home style food. My wife and I are not big eaters so usually enough "to go" for our next evening meal or we split, which they encourage. Am... read more
Good food, great service. Ask for William to serve you, you truly could not get a better or more accommodating server. He was amazing. Thank you
Absolutely loved taking my granddaughter here! The food is amazing, excellent service, they paid extra attention to the kids and the actual Black came to say hello!! Thank you! New favorite breakfast place!!
We just had a wonderful meal at Black Bear Diner. Our server William did a great job. The food was excellent, we will definitely be back.
I don't know why there is such horrible reviews. This is by far the best place to eat cor breakfast in Wilsonville. You do get large amounts of food for the money. I have ordered lunch to go as well and it's just as good.
Not bad, but not the best Black Bear Diner. The one in Beaverton is better by far, but they are always crowded. I came in for my free Birthday breakfast meal. Enjoyed it, but service was definitely lacking and the place was pretty empty of people. Not sure what's up with that, but they should probably close this location as a loss and put another in the Portland metro area instead.
My wife and I have been here a few times and have not had a bad experience. The potions are huge and the food has always been very good. The pancakes are fantastic! The service can be a little slow, but they are always polite. We try to get in a little early because the line gets long after 9a. As far as chain restaurants go, this is near the top of the list.
Excellent service, excellent food! I got the Taco Salad and it was monstrous and delicious! Absolutely loved it. My family all got burgers and they loved them. We will definitely be coming back!
I came here by myself on Veterans Day for breakfast. I was seated at the bar fairly quickly and served quickly. Food was excellent and in big portions. I got chicken fried steak, eggs, hash browns and a pancake on the side. The staff was very friendly towards me and each other. I will definitely be back!
