Technician arrived on time and did the work and left.
This was an Angie's List "Big Deal" for a furnace clean/check. I was able to get an appointment during the holidays, at a convenient time. The technician had an emergency job come up right before mine, but he called to let me know and arrived as promised at the new time (just an hour later). I had a couple of specific issues to have him check out, which he did. He was able to fix one of them right then (no extra charge) and give me advice on the other. He showed up on time and was very polite. I spoke to him about my concerns concerning our heating bill and he explained to me why it was so high and what we could do to lower it. He promised to get make a few phone calls and get some facts and email them to us about those options so we will know the actual costs.

A+++++ Ben was very prompt and professional. He quickly found the problem and fixed my furnace the same day I called. I'm VERY happy and grateful he was able to squeeze me in today. It's presently in the 20's outside and I wouldn't want to be without a furnace too long. I will definitely call him again the next time I have an issue and would highly recommend him to anyone needing Heating or AC service and repair.
The technician arrived on time and was professional and courteous.
Our furnace was putting out a code that our furnace was plugged. I arranged to have our furnace cleaned by Black Lion. The technician cleaned the furnace but it still wouldn't work. The tech stayed for 2 hours trying to figure it out- it was an intermittent problem. He diagnosed and let us know what the problem was. A switch was ordered . We have HEAT!
The technician, Jason, that checked our furnace did a great job! He was very friendly, came early, and was helpful with my questions. He was in and out and did the job quickly. I would use this company again.
Great experience with Black Lion. Ben came out to review job site with me and my general contractor, reviewed options and suggested additional improvements. Work crew arrived on time and kept me informed about plans to disconnect water, heat, etc. and when they would come back on. My remodeling crew spent two days working in the same space, and said the Black Lion crew are some of the best HVAC guys they've encountered.
