Blue World Pools made an appointment a week or two ago to meet with me, at my home, to demonstrate and potentially sell our family a new swimming pool.The sales representative did not show for our 11:00AM appointment.I was told by a customer service staff member that the appointment was double booked and that they had proof that they had called to try and let me know of the conflict so it was my fault that the appointment was missed and they would reschedule.I had to check my call log as I had not recieved, to my knowledge, ... read more

I am very disappointed with blue worlds and their salesmen who lie to you about your contracts. Was told my pool would only cost $11,000 total if I did the showroom option but now found out a pool I could have got at ******* for $400 is costing me $43,000!!!! When I ask for my monthly billing statement (for the past 3 yrs) they never send it. Then they get angry and I have been cussed out by them, because I tell them by law they have to give it to me. Blue World Pool did a Credit check on me for 2023 and I never had an appointment to see or talk with anyone in 2023. This credit check dropped my score 26 points. So people beware of the scams going on

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They all lie! From the sales person to the people you get when you call. I wish I had never let them on my property. They filed a lien against my home BEFORE I ever made the first payment. I was told on numerous occassions the UCC1 lien would only be filed in instances of non-payment. I told them I was trying to refinance my mortgage at the time and I could not have them filing a lien. They insisted no lien would be filed. Bought pool in 2020. First sales guy lied about upkeep. But my complaint now is Im after a receipt because I loss mine. I called the company and got the run around for two days. Then they said they would email it to me. Never happened

Back early July 2023 my husband and i purchased an above ground pool. I gave them down payment ******* per their requirements to start the process. Unfortunately I was unable to get the pool due to utility lines. Since July I have been trying to get my refund. I emailed an associate who claimed she was working on getting my refund. We are heading into Nov. and still no refund. They sometimes respond to my emails and sometimes they don't . I called no answer. I have faxed a form they mailed to me and still no response. I purchased my pool on June 20, 2022 and was told it would take 6 weeks to be installed but it was not installed until October of 2022. We were told to purchase a net cover and when we went to open the pool this year there was so much algae we could not get it cleaned. We called every few days for weeks and purchased everything we were told but no prevail. Finally we were told to flock it which we did. I called in today to find out what the payoff for the pool I purchased is, only to find out that only ****** has been applied to the principal of my loan, which was originally around ******. I have always made my payments on time through the auto pay and have never defaultednot once. I understand that the interest rate is horrible but I am absolutely disgusted that I cannot negotiate an early payoff especially since I have already given BLUE WORLD POOLS over ****** on time throughout the last 4 years. We received are pool only to have a leak within a week of instal we have been calling since July pool was installed June 27 th .We got to swim for leass then 5 times before the leak was noticed we called immediately and have been given the run around since July they told us the installer was sick and was gonna get us a new one weeks go by nothing we call and we get told someone will be here or they get mad at us for calling to complain and get are pool fixed .
