Had an appt with a consultation at a specific time and date. Never showed. Or called. Very unprofessional
I would give no stars if able. Not even one year in the pump is leaking and they are of no help when you call they just transfer you around for hours.
Scam, do not let them on your property. All over 4 star reviews are fake, read the negative reviews and use your head. Only you can choose if you have a ten month bad experience with these clowns. Their main goal is to try to steal houses by bait and switch scams. Cancel, if you have to call the police to have them arrested to leave.
They will not work with you, they just want to put a line on your house. They will not use an arbitrator like it stated in the contract. They will just send threatening text messages about taking your home. Biggest mistake of my life
They say it's virtually chemical free what a joke! I would not recommend this rip off company! They don't explain much to new pool owners they hand you a book and tell you to add chlorine and it should be ready to go??These jokers don't even deserve a 1 rating!!!!
No stars what so ever!!!! I had to choose a star to hv the review go through!! This company will rob you of absolutely more than anything you can expect. They are unprofessional and the finance department was disrespectful by yelling at me,saying hurtful words and telling me they are through with us when we are stating we have been trying to cancel for the 3 day period.This company is very sneaky with their arbitration paper!! Be ware!!! Don't fall into the trap!!!!

I feel compelled to share my experience with Blue World Pools, a company that claims to offer affordable pool installations. Beware !!!! Several things did not happen the way we we were told. Blue world pools contracts out their work. They do not have a representative to show you how to work your pool. They give you videos off you tube to watch. We were told by our sales rep that we would be walked through the process. The contractor that came did not s**** the screws to the drain properly and because of this we had a leak.
