We are currently making payments on a ****************************************************** 2020 . The walls of the pool are currently showing signs of rust which is causing the pool to leak. I have been in contact with Blue world pools about this . Now they are asking for another $1200 to cover the cost of a new wall . We were not told of the limited warranty at the time of sale.
I signed a contract for the purchase of a pool on Saturday, after reading the contract more carefully I decided that I needed to cancel it. The day after I signed the contract, I wrote, signed and sent a letter of cancellation to the address stated in the contract. I used overnight shipping through **** I got the tracking number. This company does not deserve a star but I cannot leave my review with out checking a star!!!They called me in response to my call. The representative made an appointment with me for a representative to come and give an estimate for a pool lining. She asked if I owned or rented. I stated I own. This place is a scam! I called about getting a new pool for our family at our home. The representative took all of my information and RAN A CREDIT CHECK on me even after I told her we would be buying the pool outright, without financing. She set me up an appointment for a representative to come to our house, even though I told her I already knew what I wanted to buy, but thats the only way they will sell you a pool. Blue World Pools made an appointment a week or two ago to meet with me, at my home, to demonstrate and potentially sell our family a new swimming pool.The sales representative did not show for our 11:00AM appointment.I was told by a customer service staff member that the appointment was double booked and that they had proof that they had called to try and let me know of the conflict so it was my fault that the appointment was missed and they would reschedule.I had to check my call log as I had not recieved, to my knowledge, ... read more
I am very disappointed with blue worlds and their salesmen who lie to you about your contracts. Was told my pool would only cost $11,000 total if I did the showroom option but now found out a pool I could have got at ******* for $400 is costing me $43,000!!!! When I ask for my monthly billing statement (for the past 3 yrs) they never send it. Then they get angry and I have been cussed out by them, because I tell them by law they have to give it to me. Blue World Pool did a Credit check on me for 2023 and I never had an appointment to see or talk with anyone in 2023. This credit check dropped my score 26 points. So people beware of the scams going on
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They all lie! From the sales person to the people you get when you call. I wish I had never let them on my property. They filed a lien against my home BEFORE I ever made the first payment. I was told on numerous occassions the UCC1 lien would only be filed in instances of non-payment. I told them I was trying to refinance my mortgage at the time and I could not have them filing a lien. They insisted no lien would be filed. Bought pool in 2020. First sales guy lied about upkeep. But my complaint now is Im after a receipt because I loss mine. I called the company and got the run around for two days. Then they said they would email it to me. Never happened
