We started the purchase process in May of 2022. Had the pool installed 7 weeks later. They installed the pool knowing full well there was a rip in the liner. They came out repaired the liner and said they had ordered a new one. 3 weeks later we call the company. And they said the installers had NOT ordered the new liner. THe new liner is here. They pulled my credit report without express authorization or permission from me resulting in my credit score losing 3 pts. I was shocked and only came to know about when I received notification from Experian the day after the hard pull was posted on my record. I contacted them to remove from my report and have yet to receive a response.

We had a salesman come by and he was very nice and informative he got us approved through blue world financing but interest rate was way to high so I said I will contact my bank and was told this deal was only good for that night and if I go ahead and get financed approved i could just pay it off with no interest and no penalties and I also had 3 days to cancel if I mailed letter saying we wanted to cancel as long as it was postmarked within the 3 days so I did and now the finance people are saying I didn't cancel and want m... read more

When the representative came to our home, she told us that the pool would cost X amount of dollars, well it ended up being more than what she had told us. Then we were given the highest percentage on the pool, and a leak developed in the liner. We called the company and advised them about the leak. We were told it was not their problem, we would have to contact someone else, and they gave us the information. We had a agent to come to the house first of May. We signed the paperwork and agreed with the terms. We received a phone call from the finance department but other than that we have had to call them. It is July 11 and no pool or a appointment to install. They do not have good customer service. Please do not purchase from this company. I am trying to get out of this myself

Please do not buy a pool from these people. I had a sales man come to my home, get me excited about a pool I cant afford and setup financing. My mistake to sign the paperwork but we got so excited about having a pool. Come to find out its 30% interest and youll be paying for it the rest of your life. I slept on it and decided I did not want to go in debt over a pool. The only way you can cancel is in writing to the **** location on the contract. I talked to a gentleman that had me sold I said I'd speak with him later in the week. Since that week they have called me over 32x and after the 20th call I asked them to just take my name off the call list or whatever is making them call me and this very classless ghetto female told me to "go to hell" and hung up on me when I called back to speak to a supervisor she placed me on hold then got back on the call and laughed and said "he will call you back maybe just give me your number and name".Never again will I refer anyone... read more

I called to get a replacement part for a pool my in-laws bought. The guy on the phone didnt know anything about anything so I asked to speak to someone else. He hung up on me. I was never rude, or raised my voice or spoke ill. I called back and was immediately hung up on.
