Do not recommend this company to anyone. It is hard getting a hold of customer service and financial department once work has been done. The ladder that came with our pool had a high weight rating but broke on first use. The railing screws started falling out the first week. We were told it had a shut off valve to allow us to clean pump filter, no matter what direction you turn the installed valve it does not shut the water off. My recent ex husband and I bought a pool from them and began to have a few issues with the pool and this company has the worst customer service experience the worst!!!! We went to sell our home need a payoff quote and again took their sweet time and the nastiest customer service no respect for the customer at all needless to say I'm still waiting on the payoff about to come through to the title company, the title company called me to tell me they were still waiting for a payoff amount and how rude and nasty they was to them ... read more
We purchased the pool, installation was awful and pump and filter were leaking and service was rude. Shipped the part then took 5 days to fix. The pump motor has failed due to not being the adequate size for the size of the pool. I attempted to explain the situation and was told the federal government decided the pump motor size. We just want our pump fixed.
Not as promised!The salesman came to our house and explained the pools they sell. He showed us a piece of a liner that was really thick. He said that it is the "upgraded" liner they use in the midline and deluxe pools. The liner that was installed in our pool was not the same liner, not even close! It was very thin!He also told us the pump only needs to run 3-4 hours a day. Both the installer and the paperwork state it needs to run for 12 hours a day. Signed a contract on 7/1/2023 have been trying to cancel, as soon as I called and stated I would like to cancel. A gentleman on the phone stated. I would have to pay half of the pool and a lien would be place on the house. They hung up on me and will not answer any call of mine. Unprofessional. Had to tear down the pool two years after putting it up because Blue World would not honor any agreements to fix it stating I had 90 days to file any complaints. However they installed the pool so late in the season we didnt recognize the problems right away. Everything about this company screams out scam however, theyre still in business for some reason. Blue World Pools is a horrendous company to deal with. True scammers. They dont tell you when they finance that the interest rate keeps rising and you end up paying $40,000 to $50,000 for a $3,000 pool. They also put a lien on your home and horribly rude every time you talk to them on the phone! They scammed my elderly parents. Got them to finance and put a lien on their home. My parents had already paid them over $25,000 when they where still alive. They both passed away last year and we had to sell their property to pay th... read more
The person they sent out to our house to give us a quote, and we signed up for a pool, gave him a check, and he took our information and got insurance put in his name with a draft out of our bank account. He is now in jail we just got a call he ripped off a lot of people and Union ************** stay away from these people. We now have an inground pool and a great company!
This place is a scam. Called to get a price to have a pool installed for my Mother. They told me that my mother would have to give them her name and social security number, etc to verify it was her house. This is a scam. They just want to see a credit profile so they can try to finance a pool. Her house has been paid off for decades and it is not on her credit report.
