Really bad customer service. They'll answer phone calls quick for sale. But come to warranty questions or anything about The pool is very hard to get a hold of someone. Very disappointed. My pool was installed incorrectly, Uneven, one side is higher. They said pool is lifetime guaranteed. Which is false I had to pay someone they contracted with to come out and look at pool. They lied, mislead me and was completely unprofessional. They sold me a pool and took a $1500 deposit. The installer was a no-show three times. When I called the office the female screamed at me cursing at me, called me an old woman and a liar. She wouldn't listen to anything I tried to tell her. She finally hung up on me. I called back. I made a phone inquiry to discuss scheduling a free estimate for a potential above ground swimming pool install. I was notified that the company ran a HARD CREDIT report, seeking a financial loan, of which I was NOT notified prior, and NOR DID I GIVE PERMISSION TO DO.I am dissatisfied with the company's misrepresentation and I highly advise people to consider whether they are prepared to lose credit points upon an estimate inquiry.This is TOTALLY FRAUDULENT!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased our above ground pool from blue world pools. We choose the deluxe model saltwater pool for less chemicals for our children. Our sales rep was great and knowledgably and walked us through all the options. When our installers arrived, they were professional, and we knew exactly what to expect. We couldn't believe how fast they had it installed and got the job done. We cannot wait for warmer weather to get in and enjoy our pool. Our son is asking daily if we can go swimming yet.

They have ****** dollars and will not send me back my money They keep saying it in mail . I've call repeatedly and ask for manager and keep saying no one there. If could gave no star. Horrible place to do business with.

This place is horrible. Please dont get ripped off by these people. Pool material ***** pump motor broke first summer ladders is cheap made. Got payoff and when I sent it in I was told wasnt enough so I had to come out of pocket w almost another 600 after sending them ***** . Pool cost ***** and after paying over 2 years and paying off early I had to pay ***** make that make sense Im warning this company is c***

We bought the pool during Covid. The interest rate is so high no wonder you get approved. We have complained about the pool numerous of times. When they first put it in it leaked and they said no that the water evaporated because it was so hot. And then when we called back to tell them agai. That it was leaking they said they would send someone out and that it would cost us 500 dollars to send someone out. Thai was all within for the first 2 years of getting the pool in. **** never recommend this company to anyone.. We had a pool installed that I am so very disappointed in. It was installed in August of 2022 fall was coming quick and only a handful of times were we in it. First they told us not to get in for 5 days to let it settle. So Okay We did that.. When I finally got in it was so slimy had to add chemical and vacuumed and wait another day. To my surprise the floor was extremely lumpy and squishy like the sand never was tamped down. I bought a pool in 2016 for this company and a ****1 Lien was placed on my property as soon as the pool was installed. I fell on hard times and i could not afford to keep paying on the pool in 2018. According to ***** state law a ****1 Lien is only valid for 5 years, but the company can file a continuation statement and extend it another 5 years which they did.
