We have the same carer for my mum and she is wonderful. Mum loves spending time with her and I hear them laughing and chatting away. She is very considerate, not overbearing, listens to mum and encourages her on - all positive encouragement. She does not inhibit mum on any activities just supports, and goes with her. Super happy. My carers provide a pleasant interlude each day and will do anything I ask. They assist with my shower, prepare my lunch and tea and are interested in my needs.

The office was always helpful - if I needed an escort for an appointment they would arrange it. Only had 2 problems where the carer turned up late due to traffic problems, but this has been addressed, otherwise no problems. All well.

Bluebird Care have been a great assistance to my Mother over the past couple of years. Trusted and caring which is much appreciated by both my Mother and the family. Working closely with the family we have managed to put a care package comprising of family & Bluebird which has enabled my Mother to stay in her own home.

Bluebird Care Chichester have recently started to visit my sister who has dementia. From the setting up of the care to the day to day visits I have been very impressed. There has been a few teething problems due to my sister's needs but these have been sort efficiently by the office staff and carers. My sister has commented 'they are all very nice'

They have been very nice people and helpful. They have also been on time. The people in the office are also very kind. I would recommend Bluebird Care.
