An excellent all round service with very friendly, professional and helpful carers. Very pleased with all the assistance they gave to mum over a reasonable length of time. I would certainly recommend them. Thank you.

My mum in law was not keen at all in having home care as she is a very independent person. After a fall and some time in a recovery centre she realised that the only way she could resume any independence was to consider having some help at home. She also did not want to have strangers coming to her home. The staff at Bluebird have been fantastic right from the start in assessing her needs and consulting with her at each stage. The Bluebirds are always helpful and efficient, and always let me know if there is a problem. My mum likes the Bluebirds and enjoys their visits. I am really impressed that they will cook for Mum if I provide the food and menus. The management is very organised and helpful and it is easy to email with messages. I don't live in Leeds and I find it very reassuring that the Bluebirds can be contacted 24/7. I would strongly recommend the Bluebirds to other people looking for care for their elderly relatives.

Bluebird have just started to look after my grandma recently and what a fabulous impression they've given me so far!! Every colleague I have met so far have been fantastic - so friendly, helpful and caring.

It is the lovely caring attitude that all the Bluebird Carers show my mum that I am particularly impressed with. One carer stayed an extra 30 mins one day this week as mum had a little "accident" going to the toilet and did not leave until everything was clean and tidy. They also seem to have a good laugh with her according to the notes they leave and I find this very cheering. When I ask her about the carers she always says they are lovely and that she feels safe with them. Thank you very much

Always pleasant + kind. I dont feel uncomfortable with the ladies but do not care for a man as often intimate.

Today while visiting my sister-in-law the staff Member of Blue Bird Care was present carrying out her duties in a very professional, confidential and caring polite manner. I left feeling happy that family was so well cared for.
