Since using Bluebird my wife takes her tablets without much fuss and the 1 1/2 hr session allows me time to do some shopping and have time to myself. Having carers has reduced my workload and I am very pleased to have Bluebird on board. My wife also like the time spent with the carers.

The 'ladies' performed their duties to the highest level I forget one member of staff, in particular - a man of the highest calibre.

All our carers are respectful, helpful & engaging. Our home runs like clockwork inluding domestic chores that I as my wife's carer find more burdensome. The importance of reliability & consistency is taken seriously & if someone is running late I am informed by telephone. What's outstanding is to get my wife in the showier - watch this space!

The carers that visit are very kind, helpful and are aware of things I need without me asking. I very much enjoy the visits and look forward to them. Give my daughter peace of mind and the app is very good. Only negative is sometimes the office don't reply to emails/ messages.

We have used Blue Bird care for the last 9 months. The care my husband has received has been very good. The carers always chat to him and take great care when helping him in and out of bed and showering each day. The carers themselves are clean and tidy and never rush, they always have time for any questions we may have.

Overall all carers have been very helpful making the client's life so easy and helping with tasks she couldn't normally do. They keep us updated regularly very accomdating and supportive. Helping in anyway needed but appropriate very happy with everything.

The experience for my husband and myself has been positive from the start. Care staff and office staff have been very accommodating and friendly and the level of care has been good throughout. No complaints whatsoever.

My mother of 96 years old speaks highly of her "girls" who visit daily to provide her with an evening meal. She has little eyesight and a failing memory so is unable to leave the house unaided. Her visitors are her "life line" and she has enjoyed getting to know them, chatting more freely as familiarity has grown. They show endless patience and compassion. All in all this has been a positive experience which enriches my mothers daily life and enables her to continue to live in her own place.
