Anyone experiencing the search for a care package for a poorly relative will know how daunting and important that decision feels. It felt scary to be faced with lots of new terminology, endless numbers of phone calls and so much to be coordinated. Really please with service provided. Always on hand to answer questions and the carers are so lovely. Thought mum might refuse people coming in to help her due to dementia but she really looks forward to them coming. The peace of mind that she is seeing someone morning and night is immense.

My mother had a problem with her medication last night, the carer immediately called a gp and personally drove all the way yo Manchester to retrieve it. She then went back to mum's to administer it. I am absolutely thrilled with the care and attention to detail. Thankyou Bluebird

My experience with Bluebird Care has been pleasant & very helpful - Pleasant in the company of sympathetic ladies & helpful in the willingness to assist in making helpful chores easier to manage I felt comfortable asking for personal aid such as showering. Altogether a big 'Thank You!

My husband needed a short-term care plan whilst I recovered from surgery. I would have no problem in recommending Bluebird Care to anyone. They were very professional, punctual and caring and my husband enjoyed the company.

Bluebird Care were very professional and caring. They came to help us care for our elderly father. His carer was very calm and caring and always patient with Dad. I would recommend them, we have been very pleased with the whole service they provide.

We started using Bluebird Care Rochdale when my dad became ill and we were unable to provide the care he needed. After an initial assessment, a care plan was arranged to suit our requirements which was perfect for my dad. The carers were amazing, always punctual, professional in their jobs and went above and beyond their job roles. They also formed a friendship with my mum, who is terminally ill, and looked forward to her chats with the carers. Our family is very grateful to the staff of Bluebird Care who cared for my mother during her final illness. The whole process was caring, efficient and well-organised. An initial assessment was made that generated a care plan, so vital to allowing my mother's wish to stay in her own home.
