Their service department is top notch, they aren't trying to sell a bunch of extra work that's not necessary. David Pence is my service advisor, an A+ guy. You can't go wrong with this establishment.
When on line to Chapman BMW (Chandler). Had a nice chat with online assistant. I had a question about the truck I was looking at that she couldn't answer. Within the hour I had a reply. I spoke with John Stanley the next day, went to look at it then left with the truck. I usualy have my own financing, but they were able to beat it. I was working with John Stanley to lease new BMW but than ended up buy Used car from them. I would say, I had an amazing experience buying a car from the,...No haggle...no pressure.... and most importantly John was very transparent and keeping out budget in mind, he worked out a great deal with us. Over the years, I have bought many cars and have negotiated for minimum of 3-4 hours but with Chapman BMW, I am the fastest deal of my life (ONLY 30 mins).....
