Let's just say , Vince , at Champman BMW is your man ... Not saying the others aren't great ( never needed to see anyone else ) but let's say I've been going to Vince for almost two years now for any issues and he takes care of my needs immediately , without hesitation . With this being the 2nd 650 that I have owned I have been to 4 different dealerships since 2010. Nothing is even close to the kind of service that Chapman in Chandler gives. I have with out question the BEST SERVICE REP that i have ever had. Matt Konecek is so far above anybody that has taken care of my car its amazing. Its so nice to know when my car is at Chapman I have total piece of mind knowing it is in good hands. Thank you Chapman for having such a super person to take care of your Customers.
This was the first time we used our routine service contract and all I can say is that my wife and I are overwhelmed with the friendly and professional service we received. Vince Adams went above our expectation to see that we were happy and our car was in tip-top condition. He even went out to our car and set up our blue tooth for both of our cell phones. We actually purchased an extended warranty to be sure that our car will remain in excellent condition for years to come!
I had been shopping around quite a bit here in the Valley for either a 2012-2013 BMW 528i or 335i. I actually called this location by accident and was connected immediately with John Stanley, who could not have been more helpful. We came in one night and J.J. told us a lot about the cars, he was very helpful. We returned on a night when he was off, and worked with a salesman named Richard, he made spending a lot of money very easy, very helpful, not pushy, made us laugh a lot, and was very keen to find us just what we were looking for! We left Very Happy!

I have always split my service visits between N Scottsdale BMW and Chandler, and have always purchased my vehicles from N Scottsdale.
