Absolutely wonderful Service Department, especially Jeremy Wittig. Chapman is very fortunate to have him in the staff. He is very prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to work with! In Sales Tim Smith is another example of professionalism and excellent Customer Service! Would never go anywhere else than Chapman BMW for all my car needs.
I've been a customer of Chapman BMW Chandler since they opened (and prior to the Chandler opening when the dealership was on McDowell road). The customer service as a whole is consistently excellent. Everyone from the dealers, service advisors, and receptionists always greet quickly and go over and above to ensure my satisfaction. I have a choice not only in dealerships, but also in the type of car I choose to drive. Because of the outstanding service I've received over the years, I'm a loyal customer to BMW.

Took our 328I in for 4 well alignment. Our vehicle was done in a very short time. The vehicle was even washed for us. Our service tech Tony explained everything on what had been completed. After arriving back home Tony contacted us to see if our vehicle had performed as expected after service. Great service & dealership.

I required a service for my 650i and also a windshield replaced. Vince suggested that I leave the car and they would service it and also have the glass company replace my windshield at their shop. The service was great as usual, but the windshield job was terrible. Vince went out of his way to have the job corrected and done to my satisfaction! Very professional and a great guy to deal with. We have been dealing with Vince since 2010 with our X5 & 650i.
Just had my X3 serviced Monday morning and left there feeling so glad I bought my car at Chapman BMW. Mike is such a personable and knowledgeable guy about the care of my BMW. He gave me a good solution for my concerns about "run flat" tires. A first class sevice rep. Glad I got him. Dave
We had the distinct pleasure of dealing with DEVEN PRICE while purchasing our previously enjoyed, spectacular BMW X6. She is a remarkable woman. Knowledgeable, experienced, well trained, and a definite BMW expert. Pleasant to work with during the entire process. We've had a number of automobiles during our wonderful 45 years of marriage.
