Great experience,Salesperson actually went out and located the exact car i was looking for and got it to the dealer a week faster than expected. The BMW incentives were very helpfull, The Dealer was able to give me what I thought was a fair number on my trade in.
Bruce, the salesperson, was professional and knowledgeable. Very informative, easy to work with, not pushy. Didn't have to dicker back and forth with prices. The signing of the papers and explanation of the loan details was extremely quick and efficient. One of the best experiences ever of buying a vehicle.
My experience with Nick, as well as the other Chapman employees, was positive and friendly from start to finish. Great experience, very low pressure; extremely well informed folks. Car selection was pretty good, and the pricing for the model I wanted was below comparable dealers in other parts of town. The service was top notch, but I think that is a "bmw thing".
Originally I came in and test drove a used 3series. I enjoyed the knowledge, and friendliness of Marvin. I knew at that point I wanted to buy from Chapman in Chandler. Sales people spent a great deal of time explaining the vehicle, financing plans, and other aspects. This was a custom ordered car, so options had to be carefully selected. Overall excellent sales experience. Car was spotless when delivered and in perfect working order.
