Everyone was very friendly and professional, I especially liked my salesman John Markley . He was very patient when explaining all details of whatever questions I had, and he did a great job going over the new car with us. I also appreciated that it did not feel like such a game with numbers when it came to negotiateing the purchase price on the car, like Ive experienced in the past when buying a car from a dealership.
Worked with brian hes a great guy gives you the best deal he can get u. With no bs, will definetly buy from him again. Good experience overall. Wish I could of gotten that navigation though. Painless deal couple hours I was out. The test drives were great
Best buying experience I have had in 40 years! Jeff has the patients of a saint. He worked the best deal he cound on my trade in and went though the inventories in both locations at least 8 times to get the vehicle I wanted. I guess that most sales people would have given up after 8 website visits, but not Jeff. This is the 4'th vehicle in 3 years that Jeff has sold to either my son, brother and myself.That should speak louding about the satisfaction we have with Jeff.
Bob and David made me feel comfortable. I did not feel pressured to buy at all which is a good thing. I have no hesitations in calling either one of them in the future should I have a problem. This is the 3rd BMW I have purchased. I have yet to return to the same dealership when purchasing the next car, but I know I will return to this location when purchasing my 4th BMW.
Jimmy was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable. We have been disappointed with the knowledge of audi of chandler for some time. We have been a loyal customer of Chandler Audi in the past and I doubt we will ever again after the experience we had last night with BMW. Jimmy definitely met our expectations and was extremely knowledgeable. I have been missing that. After all, I should not be the ultimate expert on a brand of car. This is the sixth BMW that we have leased from Rich. We enjoy working with Rich because he understands the car and is very professional in answering our questions without exerting any pressure to buy. He also takes the time to explain "how everything works" and does a grest job of setting up the car!!! We just wish that in 3 years the BMW 5 Series wil be abailable in a maroon color!!!!!
The enviroment is very friendly, the sales advisor was a true profesinal, and what I liked the most about him was the respect he has for the product he sells, his knowlege about the car was amazing, the whole deal went very hassle free, I loved that.
This is the second 1 Series we purchased from J. Garcia in the past 4 months. He is truly a great salesman with excellent knowledge of the vehicles. he listened to our needs and made both deals happen very smoothly and quickly with no stress. In all we have purchased a total of 5 vehicles from Chapman. The dealership worked closely with my husband a nd myself, and got a lot accomplished in less than one day. The price on the car was negotiated in an open way. When i picke dup the features on the car were explained nicely to me (I cannot remember name of associate who stepped in for that when Bruce was otherwise tied up), and everyone went out of their way to make the paperwork go quickly and painlesly.
