One of best purchase experience ever. Quick (there was no back and forth dickering over price). Asked for lowest possible sale point and truly believe I got it. Got a CPO vehicle for about KBB high private party value. I am very pleased with the deal I got. Everyone at dealership was friendly and curteous. Would have liked to have floor mats included as part of deal.

This is definately the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Renate is extremely knowledgable and quick to understand what I as the customer wanted. Besides the enjoyable conversation when purchasing the car, my wife and I felt like Renate listened and cared about us, vs. just making a sale. Terres was very positive, energedic, responsive and communicated clearly in trying to assist with the sales. She did review the details of the vehicle and demonstrated the different functions and tried to familiarize us with all the details. I will highly recommend others to you dealership.

Jeff provide great service providing multiple options to evaluate the various purchasing and trade in proposals. We were able to return our leased car trade in another and maintain within our established budget. Jeff wqas very conscience of our needs. We were in the area to check out vehicles at Audi. We couldn't get anyone to help us over there so we walked across the street to Chapman BMW. Right when we got there, Bruce offered to help us. He showed us some great cars and really helped us get into the car we wanted. We weren't really expecting to buy that day but with Bruce's help we were able to. He is very friendly and really knows his stuff. I dont think we will be going anywhere but Chapman BMW for our vehicles from now on.

I was extremely impressed with the assistance I received from Ryan. He was very thorough in going over the capabilities of the vehicle. He was not pushy. I was also impressed with Megan Varon. The Navigation on my vehicle did not work initially, but Ryan gave me a loaner vehicle. My Vehicle was ready by 3:00pm the next day.

since the first internet encounter, David and the manager for sales were extraordinarily professional and helpful. The overall experience with all the staff interacting with me and making the sale possible was superior to any other encounter we had for the purpose of buying a car. I honestly believe that I will call you guys first for any future car, possibly a BMW for myself.

If BMW is the ultimate driving machine, then Terres is the ultimate sales associate. I received service beyond my expectations. Terres had my car ready and took care of every detail making this purchase painless! I even drove almost 900 miles total because I had faith in Terres from the first contact by phone. Both were very informative, friendly, and professional. Don went above and beyond answering all of my questions. He didn't beat around the bush. He gave me the facts and he was honest and straight forward. I didn’t feel pressured at all. I would definitely do business with him again.
