I was most impressed by the efficiency. The negotiating process was not dragged out. Then, once we made an agreement everything kept moving and went smoothly. From arriving to leaving with my newly purchased car was less than 2 hours. I had concerns about my check in the morning and Megan was helpful in resolving the issue.

This deal was made in a matter of 20 minutes from the time I first contacted Chapman over the internet. From email to the phone call, I was pleased with the time from which I did not have to waste any time negotiating. Most of all the had the vehicle with the options I wanted. If I had to make recommendations to any other dealerships is to have all color combos as possible with more of the middle priced models. I found either low end to high end to choose. I looked for about 4 weeks.

This was the most pleasant car buying experience my husband and I have ever experienced! Both Mitch and Tressa treated us with respect; didn't try to oversell the car or the BMW name. The quality was unspoken from the first. I would also like to commend your credit representative, I must admit though, I do not remember his name. He was very professional in every way. PS: I LOVE my car!

We bought our first BMW from Rich 3 years ago and so when it was time to get another I just have him a call. I met with him to discuss what we were looking for and in less than 2 hours the deal was done. Rich made this process so easy an painless that frankly I don't think obwill ever buy another car except a BMW from Rich. Rich walked me through all of the new features and made sure I was satisfied. I don't write many recommendations, however this is well earned.

Karl Muik made purchasing my first BMW an excellent experience. I explained I knew absolutely nothing about these vehicles. Karl explained the history of the car company, the different options and the CPO program. Karl then spent the necessary time with me in the vehicle going over how the many options in the vehicle operate. The day after my purchase, Karl phoned me to ask how I was doing with my new car and if I had questions. Three days after this, he phoned again and asked if I had further questions.
