Fran was easy, pleasant, and professional from start to finish. From his demeanor to desire to please, he provided a seamless and efficient experience, which is no 'given' in the car purchasing realm.
I dropped my car off to have my tires replaced. Jim the Service Manager and his team could have treated me better. I had a loaner car waiting for me and the paperwork was completed before I showed up for the service. All I had to do was sign and initial. They took care of the rest. Two days later I left with four new tires, alignment, front and rear breaks, leaking valve fixed, new windshield wipers and a spanking clean car. Thanks for making my life easy!

Easiest car buy experience ever. My 40 minute test drive was longer than the time it took to sign all of the paperwork to purchase the car! Fran was helpful explaining the features of the car and answering any concerns. Frank said he would get me out quickly upon purchase and he really delivered.
My older BMW was in for service and was not worth the cost that it would have been to fix JUST the major problems so I was faced with purchasing another SUV when I had not planned on it. Jordan, Frank & Dan worked very hard for us, getting the terms and rate we needed to arrive at a payment we could handle, on the car my husband has been wanting for years.

Fran was so knowledgeable regarding all the features of the used car, and explained all the things we did not understand. He also provided the complete history of the vehicle, and the car was very clean with low mileage.
