"Great dealership" I have always had a great experience at BMW of Bel Air. From the highly professional ordering/delivery experience with Jason, to the uncommonly superior service department with Steven and Jim - its all first-rate. I am not always deserving of their kindness, so it’s all the more remarkable. Kudos to the very patient and forgiving BMW Genius, Bishop!

"Informative friendly detailed service." Kurt Roman well explained the service to be performed on my vehicle. He also explained how the vehicle information downloads to their computer service system which enables the service advisors to recommend helpful service suggestions. It was my first visit, so he gave me a tour.

"Great experience!" BMW of Bel Air was one of the best car dealerships I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with a lot. Both the manager and the salesman were honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable. I got a beautiful automobile at a fair price with no pressure whatsoever. There was no haggling or back-and-forth. I would definitely buy a car from them again.

I brought the car in for recall work only. You guys found other issues, and you took the time to completely explain them to me, what had to be done to repair them, and the estimated cost.
