I bot a 2014 ORANGE X1 with 16.8K miles. This is likely the only SUV/SAV that I'd be willing to be seen in. Former car was a peppy 2-door hard top convertible... well worn. So I'm no spring chicken and I've bot cars (mostly Mercedes, but also Ford, VW, Toyota) in California, Virginia and now Maryland. I recently worked with Tyler to purchase a 740. From the time Tyler answered the phone till the time I purchased the car I had a great experience. Tyler was very knowledgeable and did not put any pressure on me to move to quickly. I called Bel Air BMW because I had a very bad experience with another dealership. After several visits to other dealerships Tyler Lanham responded to an on line inquiry. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. We set up a teat drive of my new 430i. He made sure that the car had the options that I wanted and was surprisingly knowledgeable without being pushy. The entire transaction took a short time and I am thrilled with the car. I would gladly recommend Tyler and BMW of Bel Air to anyone looking for a new or used BMW.

My wife and I stopped in to look at the BMW SUV's. We just started our search and did not know if the BMW would suit our needs. Each of us had our wish list. I met with Jason Ruzek about 1 week prior to getting my 2018 M4. He answered all questions in detail. I told him the car I wanted. We found the car and within a day it was at the Bel Air BMW dealership. What a wonderful surprise for Jason to email me pictures of the car when it arrived and I was able to pick it up one week prior to what we thought. Jason made the experience wonderful.
