"Had to reschedule service for oil change from 3/7 to 3/10..." Had to reschedule service for oil change from 3/7 to 3/10 due to BMW systems being down so that was a big inconvenience to move it to a day I had to work and leave early from work. But Kurt was very good and I was happy with the services.

"Maintenance" We had a tire losing pressure on a Saturday a few miles from Bel Air BMW. We called to see if we could get the car looked at and they were very accommodating. We pulled the car into the service area and went inside and was treated by Kurt. He looked at the tire and pulled up the vehicle information from the key fob and found we were close to needing a service. Kurt put us in a courtesy vehicle to use for a few days while the car was being serviced. We also asked for all four tires to be replaced. They serviced ... read more
