My sales contact Jason Ruzek was very helpful from the beginning. I called him very early in the morning and he answered my call. Everything he explained about the vehicle was 100% accurate. The condition of the vehicle is the one of the nicest I have ever seen for the year! In the future I will be happy to call BMW of Bel Air for another great car buying experience.
I waslked on the BMW lot and Fred met me with eagerness to assist. He lined up 3 vehicles, I had to leave to attend a last minute business meeting. Made another appointment, and Fred made the difference with patience and exceptional knowledge of the BMW brand. Within a few hours the sale was compete. Well done Fred!! I called at noon time to let Fran Meyers know I wanted the car and I would be there after work. Everything was done on arrival. Signed some papers with Fran and then Dan Had a in-service with Anthony O’Brien. I was on my way. Everyone couldn’t of been more professional and warm. A very pleasant experience all around.
