"Overall rating" An honest dealership. The staff are friendly and professional. From the moment one enters the dealership one is treated with respect and made to feel like one of the family. "Amazing Experience from Inquiry to Purchase" I have been wanting to buy a BMW for the past year and started working with the BMW of Bel Air. We truly had a great experience purchasing our 2nd car from BMW of Bel Air. We purchased a used vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. Fran Meyers was our sales guy. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Rachael H was amazing. Both helped keep our 4 crazy kids busy while we filled out all the paperwork and worked the deal! We couldn't have proceeded with the deal without them. Last but not least, they turned our tags around extremely fast esp with titling in PA.
