I had a great experience dealing with the sales department. Jason Ruzek was a pleasure to work with. He got me a great deal on a great car. The whole buying process was painless. Jason was quick to respond to emails and return calls. He answered all my questions and met all my concerns. He set me up with a great PCD experience. Took my car in for it's first service. The door opened for me exactly on time and the service was finished and car nicely washed in just over an hour. Very pleased.
I had a issue with one of the sensors on my BMW that was quite costly. Mr. Fields took the time to work with me and resolve my concerns and was able to come up with a more reasonable cost effective solution.
Was meet promply at the door, and straight to the service writers desk. Then to pick up my free loaner, and did the dealer inspection. I was back out the door in less than 10 min. Got a cleaned car when I picked my car up. Kudos
Called to schedule recall repair and they got me in and out same day and with a loaner too at no cost. Did a free battery inspection too. Very smooth process. Very satisfied.
I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought a lot of cars in my time. Rebecca Wislon, Andre and Chris were very professional and addressed all my concerns. Its a wonderful staff, and I plan to return in the future. I highly recommend this dealership
My husband and I just purchased an 2015 diesel X3 and I couldn't be happier! We are expecting our son to arrive in early December and wanted to get a SUV but nothing huge and gas-guzzling. The X3 was the perfect fit for us and we love that we were able to get a diesel engine.
