I purchased an Acura ZDX from BMW of Bel Air and the experience was truly one of a kind. Fran, my sales representative, was knowledgeable and very friendly. He worked hard to sell the truck at a price I could afford and he made sure that I left the dealership with a smile on my face.
Stacey was a consummate professional who guided us easily through the purchasing process. Her friendly, knowledgeable manner made our first BMW experience positive. By listening carefully, Stacey helped us select the perfect X5 to meet our needs. Her follow up since our purchase has made us confident that we made the right choice in both car and dealership.
My day started off with a puncture, which sent me on an unexpected journey to BMW of bel air. The guys were able to fit me in to get the tire replaced. Come to find out I was due for multiple services as well. Everything was finished the same day. Couldn't ask for better service. Friendly and professional as usual. I can honestly say I was Afraid to even walk inside a car dealership it's always intimidating sometimes overwhelming and it can be tricky. My recent experience with BMW of Bel Air was great as usual. The service staff is always friendly and thorough. My Z3 was fixed properly the first time, even found an oil leak that has been persistent over the past few months. They did an amazing service for me right before a long drive. I have owned approximately 40 cars/trucks in my life. Many experiences are not optimum but Bel Air BMW is exceptional with service. Bel Air BMW is excellent in customer service and car repair. Came into the dealership for an oil change and the service department found issues with my car. I was surprised by the information but I was able to sit down with Jim the device manager and he explained in detail all of the issues, why they needed to be addressed, and what my options were. It is hard to find people who are willing to take the time to do this anymore. I highly recommend anyone who needs service to come to this location.
I've owned BMW's for many years and the people make the difference. The team at Bel Air did an awesome job for me and went above and beyond.
If you want to learn how to treat a customer read on––Last Saturday had started out terrible–after another deal in New York went sour. Then, Sat morning Fran Meyers from BMW of Bel Air, MD called to say he had a car that I seemed interested in. This was 9 am.
