We bought a car from BMW of Bel Air. They were very knowledgeable. Rebecca and Andre, in particular, were helpful and friendly. While I was taking care of paperwork, she was connecting our phones to the car via bluetooth, and showing my fiance some of the navigation/phone controls. Very helpful. Would buy another car from there.

Firs of all, I love my new car.....435ix Convertible! Still learning all the bells and whistles even though Jason explained everything when I picked up the car. (Have since called on Jason at least 5 times to "reinstruct" me and have received nothing but a gracious and helpful response, along with a follow-up email to make sure things are going well). Always a pleasure at BMW Bel Air! Clinic was a great idea just before the winter weather hits. Car was in great shape and needed no service at this time. But got a great car was out of the deal.

Very pleased with the visit. They were very informative and I enjoyed the coffee break and donuts too. I would definitely recommend them to others. Now I must tell you that another BMW dealer in the area told me that I had three different oil leaks that would require about $4000 to resolve. I asked the service techincian specifically if he had identified any oil leaks during his in depth inspection. Answer: NO I will never go back to the other dealer.

Friendly staff, we were not pressured. Plently of options discussed to suit our needs. They were attentive to our needs and willing to work with us.

I recently purchased a Certified BMW in PA when I ran into mechanical problems in NJ. Since I live in Bel Air, MD I decided to take my vehicle in for service when I returned. When I got to BMW I spoke with Gint. He is so funny and personable that I would definitely consider him as a friend. I have purchased many, many new vehicles through the years....eleven new cars in 2010 alone, and so far, six in 2011. So you could say that I'm a bit of a car fanatic! Thank you, BMW, for employing people like Nic Brown! Our experience was the "Ulitmate Car Buying" experience ... not even a hint of pressure, very friendly, very knowledgeable, very patient, very accommodating to our specific needs. What more could we ask for? When I think of the times I have spent in the past at car dealerships, the very thought of going through the process of buying another car was somewhat stressful ... but I had no need to worry. Hakuna Matata! Everything was great!
