We were very pleasantly surprised at how friendly and down-to-earth our salesman (Nic) was. We felt no pressure and were extremely happy with every aspect of the purpose. Great guy and we got a fantastic deal on the car without having to negotiate. Would highly recommend!

Nic was the most knowledgeable rep i've ever had in purchasing a car. Buying a Toyota Avalon from a BMW dealer, i expected less information but he knew the car in and out and was informative on the competitive cars also. I recommend Nic and BMW Bel Air for another purchase.

My wife and I drove an hour from our home to BMW of Bel Air in search for a new BMW 328i. Our client advisor, Nic Brown treated us well from the very start. I found a used vehicle through the internet owned by this dealership. Although the location was not convenient, I was able to work with the sales representative to determine both trade-in value, as well as a reasonable price for the used vehicle prior to making the trip for a test drive. The transaction was very painless, no high pressure, no haggling over small pricing details, and very professional. I went to BMW of Bel Air to look at a 2010 certified pre-owned 5 series. The sales person, Nic Brown, came out into the lot to greet me. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to go through each of the features and options of that particular car.
