This is the second car I have purchased from BMW of Bel Air. This is an awesome place - the service department is top notch Roger, Bill and Joe have always been more like friends and Nic Brown and that wizard Scott are nothing but class. There are no unpleasant surprises here - the transactions are friendly, straightforward and accurate from proposal thru signing. Don't buy from anyone else if you are in need of a new BMW! I have purchased several new cars over the last 5 years. Everything from a truck to a high end sports car. Never, have I encountered better service. From start to finish, this dealership is the best that I have ever encountered. Nic Brown, the salesman, is very knowledgable about all BMWs. Amazing experience at BMW of Belair. Nic and Scott in sales/finance were the best guys I've ever worked with when purchasing a new vehicle. They're genuine and worked with me to get an amazing price, a great APR and made the experience fun, quick and painless. Brian in service also gets a gold star!!! Very professional service......My car was ready just as they said it would. I have never had to wait for my car, it is ready when they say it is going to be (or they provide a rental to use at no cost).I never worry about my car. I have complete faith in BMW of Bel Air

I was searching for a rare color combo and feature set in the last of the 2010 650i Series. I found BMW of Bel Air online and spoke to Nic Brown. He was very helpful, negotiated a great price (BMW knocked $15k off the sticker at the end of the model cycle). I was able to negotiate the whole thing over the phone. Went and picked it us. The whole experience was easy and very positive. Thanks Nic and BMW of Bel Air. Did I say I love the car? I do.

Having had a previous BMW serviced here, I have found both the sales and service staff personnel to be well informed and very pleasant to interact with in both sales and service areas. The 2003 Used 300 series BMW was in near perfect shape and small items were immediately corrected. One could not ask for better service. I certainly would recommend them highly to anyone interested in the purchase or servicing of their vehicle.

My wife and I shopped for a BMW at the Bel Air dealership on a Saturday afternoon. We settled on a particular car and then had an issue with the car. Our problem was taken care of the next day by Mike Coleman and Scott Richmond. Both gentleman went far beyond our expectations. We received an email from Mr. Richmond the very next day which was on a Sunday! Scott and Nic were great to work with! I have purchased many cars (second BMW) and find this dealership to be very easy to work with and professional. They go out of their way to make the deal work. You can tell they are interested in making sure you feel comfortable with your purchase. I have and will continue to recommend BMW of Bel Air to othrs.
