I have been taking my car for few years now mainly because I like the friendly and relaxed environment at this dealership.Brian listens to you and takes the extra steps to address your concerns. For example, I have the aluminium interior trim that gets easily damaged due to the seat belt being released too early by the driver. Great customer service, attnetive to my needs, great follow up. Nic took care of the paper work and didn;t waste my time in the process. The GM and finance manager were very helpful and not pushy..as you get in other dealerships..I had small issues with the car and they fixed and remedied them all without a hassle. The service manager gopt involved after the sale which was nice, left me a great feeling of customer service.

I recently purchased a 2011 535i. The salesman (Nic) was very friendly & knowledgeable, the price was competitive and the overall experience was great. The car was delivered when promised, and the tutorial was perfect. I highly recommend BMW of Bel Air.
