This was a recall service visit. The service representative was very good at setting up the service process. Only issue I had was that when returning home, I realized that someone changed the settings on my radio. Not a big deal, but more of a pain to reset.
I really enjoyed my experience at BMW of Bel Air. They have great customer Service.

I purchased a car from this dealership. On the drive home I noticed a vibration and took it to my local service person. It was determined that 4 of the rims were bent and needed repair. I contacted the dealership 4 times asking them to help me, they always said they would call me back and never did. I contacted BMW of North America and they told me to make an appointment and take it in and have it repaired. I took it in to have the rims repaired.
