"Service specialist (Steve) Is always very courteous,..." Service specialist (Steve) Is always very courteous, knowledge and accommodating. Service was done on time and Car inspection video report was sent to my cell phone, which was a nice option. Staff member even drove me to the shopping center so I don’t have to wait for service completion in the lobby.
