Love this place and location for service my BMW. Always friendly and counties, They return my car clean and fresh. Worth waiting in lounge for refreshments, Coffee and donuts are Great.

Brought my car in for it's first check up and they had a loaner car ready for me and everything went perfect. It was a pleasure dealing with BMW

I brought my vehicle in for routine service last week ... i was greeted by friendly staff who quickly got me set up ... into a loaner car and on my way in a very short time. When i came too pick the vehicle up i was met with the same friendly and quick service.

Great appointment with a great loaner. I am always greeted by the employees there and Anna Marie was super helpful and informative. Diana is always super nice to me and greets me by name.

Customer service was very good and the work on the car was excellent. They fixed everything back to original condition in a timely manner. Loaner car also made experience less troublesome.

BMW warranty covered for Brake issues (vibrating roaters). Anna took care of small scratch on door for me too by buffing it out. That was MUCH appreciated.

I brought the car in last minute and they fixed it quickly I waited upstairs for thirty minutes and had a coffee Thanked them and left

Nothing to change except should be equipped to have more loaners as some others were left out. Have been customer of prestige over 25 years. I hope the selling of prestige do not change the service
