Better not say much. The problem I told was forgotten /not addressed !! The advisor either did not register or did not pass on to workshop. I had to wait longer than usual and return with a loaner
I highly recommend the service department at Prestige. We have been going there with my daughters car for 6 years and although I have had issues with the things that were wrong with the car the service department was always perfect! We looked into using a dealer closer to where she goes to school and one very short conversation later I was back on the phone with Prestige (Anna).

My service rep is pleasant, professional and very accommodating. There is always a pristine BMW loaner waiting for me as compared to some dealerships who "run out" of cars..Also my car is always washed upon return.

Our salesperson, Jorge, his manager, and John, the lease-end inspector treated us well and fairly. We were given a very competitive price and terms. They were transparent and worked hard to make a deal work for us. They did not pressure us but worked hard to make it work. The BMW Genuis(es) who accompanied us in the test drive, and did the vehicle introduction were very good. Miss Deluca was great! Very much on the ball. Although, with regards to the persons who worked on the car, not as good as Cara! I had my car detailed and when the detailer took my belongings out of the door pocket, he just threw it in the truck! Didn’t even put my belongings in a bag, what a mess.
